About HealBridge

HealBridge is an emerging healthcare company transforming wound care delivery across Texas. Our mission is to deliver compliance-first wound care, empowering clinicians with advanced technology, evidence-based protocols, and ethical practices to improve outcomes, reduce hospitalizations, and heal wounds.

As a Vascular Surgeon joining our growing clinical team, you'll play a critical role in shaping how we care for patients in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.

Position Overview

HealBridge is seeking a board-certified Vascular Surgeon to provide part-time vascular consultation and procedural care support for patients residing in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) and Long-Term Care (LTC) settings across the Dallas, Texas market.

This role is ideal for an experienced vascular specialist who values schedule flexibility, clinical autonomy, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact for an underserved population. You'll operate on a flexible weekly schedule, rounding at SNF/LTC facilities and performing vascular procedures in an Office-Based Laboratory (OBL) setting. You'll collaborate with HealBridge Nurse Practitioners and Medical Directors as clinically appropriate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Round at contracted SNF/LTC facilities, conducting bedside vascular consultations and evaluating patients with arterial insufficiency, venous disease, peripheral artery disease (PAD), diabetic foot complications, and related conditions.
  • Perform vascular procedures in an Office-Based Laboratory (OBL) setting on procedure days.
  • Provide clinical guidance on vascular wound management, including recommendations for revascularization, offloading, compression therapy, and amputation risk reduction.
  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
  • Maintain the highest standards of compliance, professionalism, and patient confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Education & Licensure: M.D. or D.O. with board certification in Vascular Surgery (ABVS or equivalent); active, unrestricted Texas medical license in good standing.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of post-residency clinical experience; experience with geriatric, SNF, or LTC populations preferred.
  • Credentials: Current unrestricted DEA registration (Texas).
  • Availability: Part-time; flexible scheduling coordinated with the HealBridge operations team based on facility census and clinical need.
  • Transportation: Reliable transportation and valid Texas driver's license for travel between SNF/LTC facilities and OBLs.
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and documentation tools.
  • Professional Skills: Strong clinical judgment, collaborative communication style, and a patient-first mindset.
